Description
Notice is hereby given that Clackamas County (“County”) through its Housing and Community Development Division (“HCDD”) will receive Proposals per specifications until 2:00 PM, February 22, 2023 (“Closing”), to provide technical assistance services for capacity building, organizational development, and strategic planning services to providers of services to individuals in need or who are experiencing homelessness. No Proposals will be received or considered after that time. To be qualified to respond, respondents must have qualified for Technical Assistance/Consulting for the Multnomah County Joint Office of Homeless Services through the RFPQ 53-2021.
