Description
The University is requesting proposals from qualified contractors to demolish existing units and associated ductwork, piping, air devices, etc. indicated in specifications. Furnish and install new ductless split system units for 1st floor offices as indicated, and install new Trane unit to service the Dance Studio, this unit only will be provided by the University, in new condition.
