Description

Metro is inviting bids to replace the ventilation in bays 1 and 2 at Metro South Transfer Station located at 2001 Washington Street, Oregon City OR  97045.

The project consists of replacing nine (9) existing roof top exhaust fans and rehabilitating the existing ductwork.

Hard bids are due to Metro Regional Center at 600 NE Grand Ave, Portland OR  97232 at the time and date inicated in the ITB documentation.

Pre-Bid Conference Information

A voluntary Pre-Bid Conference is scheduled for all potential prime and sub-contractors on November 10, 2022, at 10:00 a.m. at 2001 Washington Street, Oregon City OR  97045.  Attendees shall park and meet at the gravel lot just past the transfer station. Per Metro’s Subcontractor Equity Program, Contractors that submit a bid for this project must solicit a sub-bid from ALL COBID certified businesses who attend the pre-bid conference. Bidders may park in the gravel lot just past the transfer station.  All bidders shall wear PPE.
