Description

Clackamas County is seeking Proposals from vendors (conveners) dedicated to creating connections and facilitate meetings (convenings) between local government and Community Based Organizations (CBOs) to create a space with shared-power, co-creating and learning, planning of tobacco prevention and cessation strategies based on community wisdom and best practices. Convenings may be virtual and/or in-person. The outcome of this project is to build capacity in CBOs and LPHAs to collaboratively reduce health disparities, and build LPHA capacity to authentically partner with diverse community organizations and leaders.
