Description
Beaverton Urban Redevelopment Agency (BURA) is accepting electronic bids for the project, Demolition of Multiple Commercial Building Structures – Canyon Road - Beaverdam Road – Broadway Street (Sign) – Add/Alternate: Center Street. The project consists of demolition and associated site work for buildings at 12625 SW Canyon Road, 12975 SW Beaverdam Road, 12255 SW Broadway Street and 12570 SW Center Street. The project cost is approximately between $ 100,000 and $ 150,000. The Add/Alternate portion is expected to be an additional $100,000 to $150,000.

Pre-Bid Conference Information
1. MANDATORY PRE-BID CONFERENCE AND SITE VISIT. A mandatory pre-bid conference for this project will be held by conference call using Zoom on October 6, 2022 A mandatory site visit will be held in person on October 11, 2022 at 9:00 AM, at 12625 SW Canyon Road, Beaverton OR. Kevin Rice, Property Management Project Coordinator from the City of Beaverton will lead the meeting.

This conference is to provide prospective Bidders with the opportunity to ask questions related to the bidding process or the demolition of the commercial buildings as described in this Invitation to Bid. Questions that cannot be addressed by direct reference to the Bid Documents may be answered through an addendum issued to all plan holders. A bidder’s failure to attend the mandatory pre-bid meeting shall cause the bidder’s bid to be deemed non-responsive.
