Description
Through this Request for Letters of Interest (this “Solicitation”), Prosper Portland, the economic development and redevelopment agency for the City of Portland, Oregon, requests letters of interest from experienced real estate brokers to provide retail leasing brokerage services for the following Prosper-owned properties:
- Lents Commons at 9101 SE Foster Road, Portland, Oregon 97266: approximately 7,389 square feet (SF) of ground floor commercial space; this solicitation is for 5,859 SF of space that is currently vacant.
- Nick Fish at 10560 NE Halsey Street, Portland, Oregon 97220: approximately 8,751 SF of ground floor commercial space; of which 5,471 SF of space have pending LOIs in place. The remaining 3,280 SF are included in this solicitation (in addition to any of the pending LOI space that may become available if those LOIs do not result in a tenant for those spaces.
