Description

The City of Beaverton is seeking electronic proposals from qualified Consultants to provide Final Engineering Design, Bidding and Construction Services.  Consultants are invited to submit a proposal outlining their experience and qualifications in performing work directly related to the services required. The Project is partially funded through federal funds under the Water Infrastructure Finance and Innovation Act (WIFIA) and the Safe Drinking Water Revolving Loan Fund (SDWRLF) and must comply with federal requirements and documentation.

Answer:

We are waiting on a response from the City Attorney's office to determine eligibility of firms who worked on previous phases. We will update the question once confirmed.
What influence will stakeholders have or is it more information out?

Answer:

Public Works staff managing the NTLI Project will work with internal Public Involvement (PI) staff to disseminate information out to the public and engage stakeholders impacted by the project. This may include partnering with the selected consultant team and their PI subconsultant as necessary. Section 1.3.7 (Administrative Services) of the RFP has the following bullet item:

 Public Outreach and Stakeholder Engagement

    • Assist City in performing public outreach and stakeholder engagement with customers, businesses and public agencies affected by the project – coordinating with internal City Public Involvement personnel
