Description

Proposals are requested from licensed Garbage and Recycling Hauling Contractors (also referred to in the RFP as Haulers, Contractors or Proposers) for the provision of garbage and recycling hauling services for 38 Home Forward owned apartment properties and for the Home Forward office building. Home Forward’s Procurement & Contracts Department will accept proposals submitted electronically at Home Forward’s online submission website - https://bidlocker.us/a/homeforward/BidLocker until Tuesday, September 20, 2022 - 11:00 AM.

 

COBID and/or Underutilized Business Enterprise (UBE) which includes: Diverse ability-owned business enterprises (DOBE), Disadvantaged business enterprises (DBE),Emerging small businesses (ESB), LGBT-owned business enterprises (LGBT-BE), Minority-owned business enterprises (MBE), Service disabled veteran business enterprises (SDVBE), Women-owned business enterprises (WBE), Veteran-owned business enterprises (VBE) certified contractors are encouraged to respond to this RFP and to pursue subsequent sub-consultant and subcontractor opportunities. An aspirational goal of 28% participation has been established for this project.

 

Electronic copy of the RFP and all required forms may be obtained from Home Forward’s online submission website at https://bidlocker.us/a/homeforward/BidLocker. Once the RFP is downloaded from the site, the interested firm will be added to the Prospective Proposers List and receive addenda and the pre-proposal conference invitation.

 

A non-mandatory pre-proposal conference will take place via ZOOM on September 1, 2022 at 10:00 AM.
