Pre-Bid Conference

The District will conduct a meeting for those interested in responding to the RFP. Attendance at the meeting is mandatory and all information will remain confidential with the exception of clarifications to the RFP made by the District, which will be issued by Addenda. The Mandatory Pre-Proposal Meeting will be held on June 21, 2022 at 9:00 AM at 10660 NW Balm Grove Loop; Gales Creek, OR 97117 and will be scheduled for 1.5 hours.
