The City of Portland, Bureau of Environmental Services, is seeking proposals from individuals, firms, teams, or consultants with demonstrated experience in technical assistance and programmatic support services for sediment programs. The purpose of the Columbia Slough Sediment Program is to reduce pollution in the Columbia Slough, to improve sediment quality, and to implement actions that improve watershed health.Attachments
