Progressive Design/Build Services – HT Building West Side Renovation
The purpose of this Request for Proposal (Solicitation) is to obtain competitive Proposals from qualified Contractors (Proposers) for the purpose of establishing a Design-Build (D-B) contract between the selected Proposer (Contractor) and Portland Community College (College) for the provision of a full Design- Build Services for renovation of the Sylvania Campus Health Technology (HT) Building West Side (located in Southwest Portland). Renovation areas include:
· Major interior renovation for Level 1 (20,965 SF)
· Mechanical & Electrical replacement/upgrades to the existing gymnasium on Levels 2 & 3 (20,900 SF)
· Existing roof system replacement and integration of new fall protection system (~30,000 SF)
· Swing Space Design/Build out
This Solicitation will result in a public works contract subject to 279C.800 to 279C.870
A Mandatory Pre-Proposal Conference for this solicitation will be held on May 6th, 2022 at 10 AM PST at the Sylvania Campus College Center (CC) Building, Rooms 233A&B. Map with directions to follow via Addendum on Bid Locker.
