Description
Metro is inviting bids to repair concrete slab and the electrical vault at the loading dock at the Oregon Convention Center.
Per the solicitation documents, the selected contractor will provide all equipment, labor and materials necessary to remove 8000 sq ft of topping slab contract above post tension slab, remove waterproof membrane, reinstall new membrane, drainage and concrete slab. This repair is above and part of the electrical vault directly below the area.

Pre-Bid Conference Information
A VOLUNTARY Pre-Bid Conference is scheduled for all potential prime and sub-contractors on April 27, 2022 at 8:00 am at Oregon Convention Center Holliday Entrance, located at NE Holladay St. and 2nd Ave, Portland OR 97232. Per Metro’s Subcontractor Equity Program, Contractors that submit a bid for this project must solicit a sub-bid from ALL COBID certified businesses who attend the pre-bid conference.
