Description
Through this Request for Proposals (this “RFP”), PROSPER PORTLAND, the urban and economic development agency of the City of Portland, requests competitive proposals (“Proposals”) from individuals or firms (“you(r)” or “Proposers”) to provide Community Outreach Navigator services (Scope A) and marketing support for the Community Outreach Navigator services (Scope B) to enhance Prosper Portland’s implementation of the N/NE Community Development Initiative Action Plan (N/NE Action Plan). Proposers may submit proposals for either or both Scope A and Scope B. Prosper Portland reserves the right to award multiple contracts from this RFP.
