Description
Metro is seeking proposals from qualified firms to assist Metro and the Albina Vision Trust explore creation of a community economic development and wealth creation program as part of the Lower Albina district redevelopment. The goal of this upcoming project phase is to ultimately help kick-start redevelopment of the Blanchard Educational Services Center in a strategically located Opportunity Zone in Central City Portland
