Description
Through this Request for Proposals (“RFP” or “Solicitation”), PROSPER PORTLAND, the economic development and redevelopment agency for the city of Portland, Oregon, is seeking qualified and experienced service providers to provide business resource navigation and technical assistance to local small businesses; particularly those owned by people of color, women, non-English speakers and in key target industries. These focused services will provide relief and recovery business support and facilitate improved access to federal, state, and local opportunities. The grant subrecipient agreements (“Contract(s)” or “agreement(s)”) awarded through this RFP. This RFP is not a procurement subject to ORS 279a, ORS 279b, or ORS 279c.
