Description
Through this Request for Qualifications (this “RFQ”), Prosper Portland requests statements of qualifications and pricing (“proposals”) from individuals or firms (“Proposers” or “you(r)”) to assist the agency advance its racial equity work on an “as needed” basis. Prosper Portland intends to award multiple Flexible Service Contracts from this RFQ. A Flexible Service Contract is a price agreement to provide a range of services with work authorized through Work Orders (see Section 4 of this RFQ). PROSPER PORTLAND MAKES NO GUARANTEE OF WORK UNDER A FLEXIBLE SERVICES CONTRACT OR THAT THE FULL VALUE OF ANY CONTRACT WILL BE EARNED.
