Description
Unthank Plaza, located at 2500 N Williams Ave. Portland, OR 97227, is an existing 80-unit apartment building built in 1970. The project consists of site improvements for a replacement emergency generator with construction of an 8’H. masonry generator enclosure and a steel gate. The community room will have new emergency circuiting for HVAC, congregate kitchen, bathrooms, and convenience outlets for residents during an electrical outage.
