Description

The Department is seeking the services of performing artists for opening and headliner acts for the 2020 Essence of Entertainment Concert Series. Individual performing artists, acts, managers, and booking agents representing performing artists may apply ("Applicant(s)"). This contract opportunity may result in the award of one or multiple contracts with a mix of individual artists/acts and booking agents, to complete the entire summer concert schedule. Applicants must be willing to enter into multi-party contracts as required by law and/or if deemed necessary by the City of Philadelphia.
