NOTICE OF PUBLIC IMPROVEMENT CONTRACT OPPORTUNITY                                         

Portland State University (“Owner”) is accepting electronic bids for the Campus and Grounds Trailer (CGT) Landscape Yard Reconfiguration (“Project”).

Owner is making improvements to the existing landscape yard on campus. The purpose of this ITB is to make improvements to the centralized trash location for campus, provide storage area for bulk landscape products, expand the yard into the old putting green area and provide water processing planters.

Pre-Bid Conference

A mandatory video conference pre-bid meeting will be conducted via Zoom on November 1, 2021 at 10:00 am, local time. Vendors must pre-register on or before October 29, 2021 at 3:00 pm, local time to receive an invitation to this meeting. To pre-register, send an email to proposals@pdx.edu listing the ITB number and the name(s) of the attendee(s) along with their email address(es). A meeting invitation will then be sent to the provided email address(es). Only Bidders who have representatives at the meeting shall be allowed to propose.  Contracts Officer will document all attendees and issue an Addendum with the list after the meeting.
