Description

Lane Community College of Eugene, Oregon, is seeking proposals from qualified firms to provide Construction Management/General Contracting (CM/GC) Services for Building 12 Advanced Technology Hub.  The project is locaterd at LCC’s Main Campus, 4000 E 30th Ave., Eugene  OR  97405.

A Mandatory pre-proposal conference will be held Friday, October 29, 2021, at 11:15 am.  The meeting will be held outside of Building 12, near the south entry door to the building. Proposals from firms that have not attended the pre-proposal conference will not be considered.

Proposers must have a current State of Oregon contractor's license.

The project is expected to be assigned to the selected CM/GC in November 2021, Preconstruction work will start immediately with construction anticipated to start in January 2023, and is expected to be completed by December 2024. Issuance of a contract for CM/GC services for this project is contingent on approval of the alternative contracting process (CM/GC) by the LCC Board of Education. The exemption process is scheduled to be addressed bty the Board on November 3, 2021.
