Description
Summary. Through this Invitation to Bid (this “ITB”), PROSPER PORTLAND, the redevelopment and economic development agency for the City of Portland, Oregon is currently accepting bids fora General Contractor to retrofit the roof as described in the Contract Documents on the SparTek Industries building located at 2221 N. Argyle Street, Portland, OR 97217 (the “Project”). Bids shall include a Base Bid cost, as well as Unit Prices as indicated on Exhibits B and C. Bidders shall carefully review all documents associated with this ITB.
The Project scope of work, as well as the Drawings and Specifications for the Work are contained in Exhibit A and Exhibit B of this ITB.
