Description
Through this Request for Proposals (this “RFP”), Prosper Portland (“Prosper Portland” or “Owner”), the economic development and urban renewal agency for the City of Portland, Oregon, requests competitive proposals from qualified and experienced hoteliers (“Respondents” or “you(r)”) to provide Prosper Portland with hotel management services for the Inn at the Convention Center located at 420 NE Holladay Street, Portland, OR 97232 (the “ICC” or the “Hotel”).

Pre-Proposal Conference Information
Prosper Portland will conduct a on-site tours of the Hotel at the dates, times, and location noted below.

- Tuesday, October 5, 2021
(Prospective Respondents may choose one of these two tour dates or choose not to attend a tour.)

Lewis and Clark meeting room, 2nd floor
To minimize hotel guest disruptions, participation in the tour will be limited to two (2) people from each Respondent.
Prosper Portland will host a pre-proposal meeting to answer questions about the Hotel and the RFP. The meeting will be held on October 7, 2022 at 11:00 AM PDT over Microsoft Teams. ANYONE INTERESTED IN ATTENDING THE PRE-PROPOSAL MEETING REMOTELY MUST EMAIL THE SOLICITATION COORDINATOR AT LEAST TWENTY-FOUR (24) HOURS PRIOR TO THE MEETING START TIME.
Attendance at the tour and pre-proposal meeting is optional but strongly recommended
