Description
The Planning Department of Metro is requesting proposals for Services to Support the Greater Portland Inc.'s Comprehensive Economic Development Strategy and Metro's Planning for Our Future Economy Project The selected Consultant team will work with Metro staff to: - Conduct project startup and review conditions and policy assessments - Assess impacts from economic trends and disruptions - Develop a strategic direction and action plan - Establish an evaluation framework - Identify and advance test case project and program activities - Evaluate economic area typology and planning/investment framework - Develop findings and recommendations Pre-Proposal Conference A voluntary pre-proposal conference will be held at Metro Regional Center (Room 301, 600 NE Grand Ave., Portland, OR) on January 3, 2020 from 3:00 - 5:00 pm. Interested proposers and subcontractors are encouraged to attend the conference in order to gain information about the RFP requirements.Attachments
