Description
The project consists of replacing two large areas for replacement of interior and exterior concrete surfaces at the Metro Central Transfer Station. The interior and exterior areas cannot be worked simultaneously. The interior surface area is approximately 22,500 square feet with height limitations. The exterior surface area is approximately 7000 square feet. The concrete slabs vary between 12 inches and 16 inches thick. A voluntary Pre-Bid Conference is scheduled for all potential prime and sub-contractors on December 30, 2019, at 10:00 a.m. at 6161 NW 61st. Street, Portland, Oregon.Attachments
