Description
Through this Request for Proposals, Prosper Portland, the economic development and redevelopment agency for the City of Portland, Oregon, requests competitive proposals from qualified and experienced firms or teams to provide Prosper Portland with an economic recovery strategy for the city of Portland, Oregon. The Recovery Strategy will provide the city with a vision for economic recovery and detail a path to achieving an equitable, prosperous, resilient economy. Centered in racial equity, the Recovery Strategy should provide policy and programmatic recommendations for, at a minimum: individual economic mobility, business adaptation and growth, and urban competitiveness and inclusion.
