Description

Howard Community College invites proposals from qualified Contractors to provide Design/Build services for the design and installation of mechanical hot water, chilled water piping and associated devices. This is a multi-step invitation to bid for technical proposals and price bids.

Technical proposals, financial statements and price bids should be submitted as three separate documents.

Responses to this solicitation will be accepted until the closing time of 2:00 pm local time on August 9, 2021.
