Description
The Joint Water Commission, a municipal corporation of the State of Oregon (JWC), requests Professional Diving Services proposals. The JWC wishes to enter into a contract with a professional diving services provider for five (5) years. The JWC operates a Water Treatment Plant providing drinking water to over 400,000 Washington County residents and businesses. JWC will need river sediment removed from our raw water intake on an as-needed basis. This requires divers entering a wet well under the pump station as well as entering the river itself to remove this sediment. Other underwater work, as needed, may be required at the raw water pump station. Also, we require divers to enter our Finished Water Reservoirs and Clearwell. This water is at drinking water standards and requires proper disinfection of the diving equipment before entering. For Questions or Additional Information, Contact:
