Description
Metro is inviting bids for to Replacement the Arlene Schnitzer Concert Hall Marquee. This ITB will be done in 2 steps, the first of which is to invite Contractors to submit their qualifications. The project consists of removing and replacing the marquee enclosure walls, canopy roofs, and canopy soffits for both marquees with more durable materials and construction details. The backlit manual reader boards will be replaced with electronic LED graphical displays. Step 1 Qualifications are due no later than 2:00 p.m. January 9, 2020 in Metro's business offices at 600 NE Grand Avenue, Portland, OR 97232-2736, Attention: Julie Hoffman, Procurement Analyst, ITB 3772. Responses will be opened publicly at that time. Price bids will be solicited ONLY from bidders deemed to be qualified in Step 1 of the process. A voluntary Pre-Bid Conference is scheduled for all potential prime and sub-contractors on December 18, 2019 at 2:00 pm at Arlene Schnitzer Concert Hall at 1037 SW Broadway, Portland OR 97205.Attachments
