RFQu 3917 On Call Architecture and Engeering Services

Description

Metro is requesting qualifications for On-Call Architecture and Engineering Services for the Metro Solid Waste Transfer Stations and related sites.

Metro has a need to have architecture and engineering firms available for projects at its 2 solid waste transfer stations, Metro Latex Paint Facility, and St John’s Landfill.  Metro anticipates awarding several contracts. One (or more) will be for smaller projects including, but not limited to: office remodels, tenant improvements, and ADA modifications.  One (or more) will be for more complex projects, including, but not limited to:  designing new building, assessing and designing systems specific to solid waste processing, and critical infrastructure improvements.

A voluntary pre-proposal conference will be held via Zoom on July 22, 2021 11:00 am. This meeting will have two purposes:

·         To introduce COBID firms to potential prime contractors to explore contracting and subcontracting opportunities, and

·         To provide interested proposers and subcontractors an opportunity to gain information about the RFP requirements.
