Description
Metro is inviting bids from qualified firms for Chehalem Ridge Nature Park Trailhead and Overlooks Construction. Bid Forms are contained in this ITB. A voluntary Pre-Bid Conference is scheduled for all potential prim and sub-contractors on December 17th, 2019 at 9:30 am at Chehalem Ridge Natural Area. The meeting will occur at Metro's entrance gate, located 3/4 mile east of 39551 SW Dixon Mill Road, Gaston OR, 97119-9004 (map attached). Per Metro's Subcontractor Equity Program, Contractors that submit a bid for this project must solicit a sub-bid from ALL COBID certified businesses who attend the pre-bid conference.Attachments
