Description
Metro is inviting bids to provide labor, materials, tools, machinery, equipment, and services necessary to provide two prepared gravel foundation pads (3,600 sf), approx. 150 lf of utility trenching and 750 sf of temporary asphalt pathways for temporary office buildings. Temporary building, delivery, assembly, and installation of accessories (ramps, stairs, etc.) will be by others.
This opportunity is part of Metro's COBID Marketplace. This program is for construction opportunities less than $50,000. These opportunities are bid among State of Oregon certified COBID firms. Competitive bidding requirements apply, but the opportunity is within the marketplace of COBID certified firms.
Special Instructions
Bidders must be certified by the State of Oregon Certification Office of Business Inclusion and Diversity as a minority-owned business, woman-owned business, service-disabled veteran owned business or emerging small businesses (COBID Certified Business).

Pre-Bid Conference Information
A voluntary Pre-Bid Conference is scheduled for all potential prime and sub-contractors on June 10, 2021 at 9:00 am at Blue Lake Park Office, located at 21224 NE Blue Lake Rd, Fairview, OR 97024.
Interested bidders and subcontractors are encouraged to attend the conference in order to gain information about the ITB requirements. Interested bidders shall RSVP to bidsandproposals@oregonmetro.gov.
Because of the State of Oregon’s social distancing policy, no more than 10 people are allowed to tour the site at one time. Each potential bidder is limited to one attendee. All attendees shall bring and wear a face mask. The conference will be held at 9:00 am. Attendance will be per RSVP. If the first conference fills up we will hold another at 10:00 am
