Colas Construction is accepting bids for all sub trades except MEPF. Bids are due Thursday, June 24th by 3:00PM.


The project is a 4-story (+ Mezzanines), 137,000 s.f., wood-framed building located at 3000 SE Powell Blvd. The project consists of 206 apartments including studio, one-bedroom, two–bedroom, and three-Bedroom units. The 98,000 SF site consists of courtyard plaza, play structures, public paths, and street improvements.

    Estimates must be broken out per the more detailed Budget Breakdown Form, but below are the main category breakouts that are required

    ·         Materials                      ·     Labor                         ·     Hourly Wage Rates for Changes

Schedule: Work is scheduled to occur starting in August/September of 2021, with an approximate 23-month construction duration


This project requires Davis-Bacon Residential Wages and Workforce Training & Hiring Program. Please incorporate all associated costs in your budget.
