Description
This project consists of installing a monument sign and automated gate entry, permeable asphalt parking lot and concrete entry plaza, bike racks, benches and seat wall, prefabricated vault restrooms, interpretive kiosk, electrical system, plantings, fencing, and vegetated storm water management facilities with associated piping system. Per Metro's Subcontractor Equity Program, Contractors that submit a bid for this project must solicit a sub-bid from ALL COBID certified businesses who attend the pre-bid conference. A voluntary Pre-Bid Site Walk meeting for qualified contractors is scheduled on December 3, 2019 at 10:00 a.m. at Newell Creek Canyon Nature Park - Day-Use Area, located at the corner of Fox Lane and Warner Milne Road in Oregon City.Attachments
