Description
Through this Request for Proposals (this “RFP”), Prosper Portland (“we”), the duly authorized urban renewal and economic development agency for the City of Portland, Oregon (the “City”) requests competitive proposals from qualified and experienced Contractors (“Proposers” or “you(r)”) to provide general contracting services for (i) the abatement of existing hazardous building materials and the demolition of the Engine House #2 Building, the management and removal of contaminated soil on the site (collectively, “Project”) to prepare the site located at 510 NW 3rd Ave. Portland Or. 97209 and known as Engine House #2 (the “Project” or “Property”) for future site redevelopment.

Pre-Proposal Conference Information
A pre-proposal meeting and job site tour for this RFP will be held on April 13, 2021 at 3:30 PM (Pacific) at the project site.
Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, the Job Site Tour will not be mandatory, but proposers are encouraged to attend.
If Proposers wish to attend the Job Site Tour a waiver must be signed and emailed to the Solicitation Coordinator by 5:00 PM on April 12, 2021. Any proposer who does not submit a waiver by that date and time will not be allowed to tour the facilities.
