On-Call Natural Resources-Related Consulting Services

 REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS

RFP No. 21-27

 The City of Gresham’s Natural Resources Program invites qualified firms or individuals to submit proposals to provide consulting services based upon the scope of work contained in this Request for Proposals (RFP). The intent is to select multiple firms to provide services.

 Services are sought to support the design, implementation, and maintenance of projects aimed to protect or increase the ecological and habitat benefits of City natural resource areas, and to comply with local, regional, state, and federal resource protection regulations. Consultant services are used to provide professional guidance, design, review, technical report writing, outreach, and staff training. Most task orders created under the resulting contract(s) will be less than $10,000, and consultant use will frequently involve small-scale (i.e., 1-3 hours of effort total) informal technical guidance on a variety of natural resource issues. Because services are requested as the need arises, there is no guarantee that a successful contract will have requested services in the contract term.  

 Sealed Proposals, in writing, will be received by Kathy Majidi, Natural Resources Program Coordinator, Department of Environmental Services, Gresham City Hall, 1333 NW Eastman Parkway, Gresham OR 97030, until Friday, April 1, 2021, at 2:00 pm local time. Gresham City Hall is closed to the public. To hand deliver a proposal, knock on the front door or call 503-661-3000. Facsimile or electronically transmitted proposals will not be accepted. Late proposals will be retained unopened.
