Description
Contractor is to provide all material, labor and equipment necessary to make the facility modification and improvements required (in 7 specific phases) to accommodate new systems furniture, improve the MRC's Restrooms and Kitchenettes and other miscellaneous minor tenant improvements. The Systems Furniture to be provided and installed by others and delivery and installation shall be coordinated by the project general contractor. A voluntary Pre-Bid Conference is scheduled for all potential prime and sub-contractors on November 26, 2019, at 8:30 am at 600 NE Grand Avenue Portland OR 97232Attachments
