The Sequoia Square Apartments, located at 127 SE 160th Avenue, Portland, OR 97233 is an affordable community comprised of Seven (7) two-story buildings containing 62 residential units and originally constructed in 2001. The Building Enclosure Rehabilitation project consists of recladding and targeted repairs at buildings identified in the Phase 1 rehabilitation scope.
