Description

The Kelly Place Apartments, located at 1215 NE Kelly Avenue, Gresham, OR 97030 is an affordable community comprised of Four (4) two-story buildings containing 20 residential units and originally constructed in 1997. The Building Enclosure Rehabilitation project consists of recladding and targeted repairs at all buildings with exterior decks.
