This project is the first step of implementation of the Mt Tabor Yard Master Plan and includes the following elements: Construction of a new maintenance shop building; A new paved multimodal pathway connecting SE Division Street and SE 64th Avenue; Horticultural Services improvements in the Upper Nursery area, A new horticultural area for plant storage; New utilities and connecting to exiting utilities; street improvements; Stormwater facilities; and Public art.Attachments
