Description
NOTICE OF PUBLIC IMPROVEMENT CONTRACT OPPORTUNITY
Portland State University (“Owner”) is accepting electronic bids for the Urban Center Building (URBN) Chiller Replacement (“Project”).
Work shall take place at the Urban Center Building (URBN), 506 SW Mill Street, Portland, OR 97201.
Briefly, the work includes purchase of chiller, demolition of existing 150 ton chiller, and installation of the new chiller as shown on the mechanical, controls, electrical, and structural design drawings.
