Description
Clean Water Services (Owner) issued a Request for Qualifications (RFQ) as Step 1 of its multi-step procurement process for the Cedar Mill Sanitary and Stormwater Regional Approach Project No. 6882 (Project). After reviewing and scoring the submitted Statements of Qualification (SOQ), District was to identify up to three Respondents who would advance to Step 2.
This Request for Proposals (RFP) is Step 2 in the procurement for CMGC services for the Project. Only Respondents that were shortlisted following the Owner’s evaluation of submitted SOQs in Step 1 are eligible to submit a Proposal in response to this RFP.
