On-Call Maintenance & Operations Services (Reissue)

Description

The City of Hillsboro seeks written proposals from qualified vendors able to provide services for the categories listed below. The City will continue to provide these services with existing staff where possible.  These contracts will augment City capacity when needed, for example if the event is too large for City to handle alone or when City staff are needed to perform other work. Note: If you were previously awarded a City contract as a result of a similar RFP October 2018 (No. 201810-10029), you do not need to respond. Current contracts from that RFP remain valid.  The only exception would be if you want to add a category of service or if you are proposing to add a new subtype of work.  In that case you should respond to this RFP for any categories of service(s) you propose to add. Category 1.    Routine Landscaping Service (new subtypes added) Category 2.    Snow and Ice Removal Category 3.    Temporary Traffic Control Category 4.    Street Lights and Signal Maintenance   Category 5.    Roadway Signs and Markings Category 6.    Commercial and Non-Commercial Painting Services (new subtypes added) Category 7.    Boring Services (scope of work modified) Category 8.    Fencing Repair, Replacement and Installation (new category)
