RFP Life Safety Equipment Maintenance, Testing and Inspection

Description

Wor-Wic Community College is seeking proposals from qualified contractors to provide all labor, materials, and equipment necessary to perform repairs, maintenance, testing, and inspection of its fire sprinklers, fire extinguishers, and fire and intrusion alarm systems. Work may also include relocation/installation of new/existing sprinklers or lines of fire sprinklers (i.e., wet/dry, pre-action fire systems, fire pump systems, portable and wheeled fire extinguishers, and electronic fire alarm control systems) for various locations per the National Fire Protection Association (NFPA) 10, 13, 17A, 25 and 72 standards.  This request for proposals contains three (3) separate services, which may be bid individually or in its entirety:  fire sprinkler system, fire extinguishers, and fire and intrusion alarm system monitoring.  Those bidding on the alarm system portion of the scope, must be Edwards authorized.
