Description
The College has a need for plumbing services for various indoor and outdoor projects at the main campus in Salisbury, MD and an off-campus location in Berlin, MD. The intent of this IFB is for bidders to provide the College with unit prices for labor by qualified plumbers to perform work as directed by a representative of the College. The College intends to enter into an agreement with two contractors, a primary and a secondary, to provide professional plumbing services on an as-needed basis with no minimum quantity guarantee.
