Description

The selected CMr firm will provide a range of pre-construction, construction, and post construction services to assist the Board and its Architect/Engineer with the delivery of the above-mentioned project. Services will range from constructability reviews, the establishment of budgets and schedules, the determination of MBE goals and objectives, solicitation of trade contracts, establishment of the GMP, organization of the work, contract administration, quality assurance and
