Description

Tualatin Valley Water District (District) wishes to purchase three pumps and motor assemblies (Goods). Interested vendors must submit bids by Wednesday, August 27, 2025 at 2:00 p.m. local time (Bid Closing Time) to https://bidlocker.us/details/5210_Florence_Lane_Pumps_Motor_Assemblies_Itb (Bid Locker).

The Invitation to Bid (ITB) documents, including the specifications, are available at Bid Locker. Bidders must sign up with Bid Locker at https://bidlocker.us/Home/bidlockerus. There is no charge to register.

Registration with Bid Locker requires a correctly completed Confidentiality Agreement, which is available through the registration process. Following completion of the requested vendor information and upload of the Confidentiality Agreement, the vendor profile will be sent for a manual approval. Please allow one business day for your vendor profile to be approved. If it has not been approved within one business day, or if you have questions about this process, please contact bidsandproposals@tvwd.org. Bidders are advised to ensure that their Bid Locker vendor profile is active and approved a minimum of three business days prior to the Bid Closing Time to prevent any issues with submitting a bid on time.

The ITB may also be obtained in electronic or hard copy format by contacting Megan Verdoorn at Plan Center Northwest, PO Box 2486, Clackamas, OR 97015, 503.650.0148, megan@plancenternw.com, www.plancenternw.com. If a potential bidder obtains the ITB from Plan Center Northwest, the bidder is still responsible for registering with Bid Locker to submit their Bid. Bidders are advised to ensure that their Bid Locker District vendor profile is active and approved a minimum of three business days prior to the Bid Closing Time to prevent any issues with submitting a bid on time.

Bidders will be notified via email when addenda are published. It is the responsibility of the bidder to obtain all addenda. If the ITB was downloaded from Bid Locker, there will be a link for addenda provided in the automated email.

There is no pre-bid conference.

Late bids, hard copy submissions, and submissions via fax or email will not be accepted. A public bid opening will be held immediately following the Bid Closing Time. The bid opening will be held via conference call at 971.300.4841, phone conference ID 352 971 754#.

This ITB is not a public works project and is not subject to Oregon prevailing wage requirements or Federal Davis-Bacon Act requirements. Bidders need not be licensed under ORS 468A.720 (regarding licensing of contractors on projects involving asbestos abatement).

District may reject any Bid not in compliance with all prescribed public bidding procedures and requirements and may reject for good cause any or all Bids upon a finding by District that it is in the public interest to do so. District reserves the right to waive informalities and to award a Contract to the qualified lowest responsive and responsible bidder.
