Description

Tualatin Valley Fire & Rescue (TVF&R) is seeking written proposals from qualified Progressive Design-Build teams (Proposer) that have recent experience in the design, development, and construction of fire stations to provide the necessary progressive design-build (PDB) services for Station 67 (Project) located at 13810 SW Farmington Road, Beaverton, OR 97005 (“Project”, or “Site”).

This request for proposal (RFP) is to establish a progressive design-build contract.  The selected proposer shall maximize innovation and expedite delivery of the Project, will meet the overall strategic needs and requirements of TVF&R while keeping within budget parameters, and will encourage goals of cooperation, collaboration and function over form.  Each Proposer shall demonstrate its qualifications, experience and past performance in its response.

No public opening will occur.  Proposals received will be recorded and prepared for evaluation.  The number of proposals received, the identity of proposers, or the contents of any proposal, will not be disclosed to the public until all proposals have been evaluated, negotiations completed (if required), and contract award recommendations have been published.

This RFP will result in a public works contract subject to the Oregon Bureau of Labor and Industries Prevailing Wage Rate laws under ORS 279C.800 to 279C.870.



Pre-Proposal Conference Information

A non-mandatory pre-proposal meeting will be held at Tualatin Valley Fire & Rescue (TVF&R) Command & Business Center (CBOC) on June 13, 2025 at 9:00 am, at 11945 SW 70th Ave, Tigard, OR.
