Description
The City of Tualatin (“City”) is issuing a Request for Proposals (“RFP”) for on-call photography, videography, and drone footage services. Proposals will be received until 2:00 pm local time, May 28, 2025, via BidLocker. The City intends to issue multiple awards under this solicitation and may assign work for one or more service types (photography, videography, or drone footage) depending on contractor qualifications. Assignments will be rotated among awarded contractors at the City’s discretion. The City's anticipated total spend for the first year of the contract is approximately $10,000.
No proposal will be considered unless fully completed in a manner provided in the RFP document. Any proposal received after the closing time will not be accepted or considered.

Pre-qualification of proposers is not required. All proposers are required to comply with the provisions of Oregon Revised Statutes and Local Contract Review Board (LCRB) Policy.
The City may reject any proposal not in compliance with all prescribed public contracting procedures and requirements, and may reject for good cause any or all proposals upon a finding of the City if it is in the public interest to do so.
