Description
This RFP is for non-beverage vending machines on the campus of Salisbury University. The current Contractor employs 25 vending machines on campus. The successful proposer will provide the service in a turn-key manner and provide all labor, equipment, materials, supplies, product, transportation expenses and/or other necessities to perform the contract.

6/12 Amendment #1 has been added to the download documents. Please read for answers that may or may not affect your proposal. Please return it signed with your proposal.
6/3 Attached are floor plans with machines indicated. Only 1 building is missing. And now that building is attached as well
6/2/25 We will be offering an additional walk thru on Wed June 4 at 2pm for interested parties. Due to the campus being closed and doors locked please meet at the middle level of the Commons Building at the top of the double staircase, facing the capus parking lot, outside.
Additionally drawings of buildings with vending locations marked, will be added shortly.
5/21/25 Pre bid meeting and sites visit will be May 30, 2025 10 a.m. est CB 212 Calvert Room.
