The City of Redmond requests sealed bids for the construction of the FY26 Street Preservation-Parking Lots & Trails, Project TR2601-002 (Project). Bids will be accepted electronically through the City’s online bid submission portal, Bid Locker, until 2:00 PM PT on April 1, 2026. Bids will be publicly opened and read on the same day at 2:30 PM PT. Bids received after the specified date and time will not be given further consideration. Bidders are encouraged to submit their bids early and to allow extra time to ensure bids are uploaded by the deadline, as upload time can be impacted by the document size and the bidder’s bandwidth speed.

Sealed bids will be received online as instructed on the Bid Locker Portal. Hard copy bids will not be accepted, however, bidders may request to submit hard copy bids to the City, via mail or in person, by contacting the Single Point of contact (SPC), no later than two (2) business days prior to the bid opening, to make arrangements. Hard copies will not be accepted unless the bidder has made arrangements ahead of time. If a hard copy of the bid is submitted without prior coordination with the SPC, the bid will be returned (unopened) to the bidder without consideration. No faxed or emailed submissions will be accepted.
